Hospitality Saskatchewan Tourism Awards
The Hospitality Saskatchewan Tourism Awards celebrate and promote excellence within our province’s tourism industry. These prestigious awards honour the people, places, businesses, organizations, and events that consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional tourism experiences for visitors and residents.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are open to all individuals, organizations, and businesses that contribute to Saskatchewan’s tourism industry.

Nominations must be based on activities that occurred between July 31, 2024, and June 30, 2025.

Organizations and businesses may self-nominate or be nominated by another party.

Nomination Process

Deadline: Friday, July 11, 2025.

Awards Presentation: Winners will be announced at the annual Gather Again Conference, hosted at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon on September 24, 2025.

Nominations must be completed using the official form and submitted prior to the deadline.

All nominations must meet the general eligibility criteria as well as the specific criteria for each award category.

Each nomination must be original to the year and category.

Hospitality Saskatchewan reserves the right to re-categorize or decline nominations that do not align with the awards' rules, criteria, or spirit.

Applicants must notify nominees that they are being nominated for a Hospitality Saskatchewan Award.

Evaluation Process

All nominations will be reviewed and scored confidentially by an independent Award Selection Committee.

Committee members with a conflict of interest will recuse themselves from evaluating the affected category.

A maximum of three finalists will be selected for each award category (excluding the Tourism Builder Award).

Finalists will be notified by mail approximately one month prior to the Hospitality Saskatchewan Awards Dinner.

Nominees for the Employer Of The Year Award should be employers who have:

Presented to a business who has made a commitment to foster equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. A visionary who embraces innovative ideas to move the company forward while supporting and encouraging workplace and personal life balance improving well-being and productivity. The employer of the year communicates in a meaningful and respectful manner; delivers incentive programs that reward employees; promotes empowerment and personal growth, is fair, respectful and shows and encourages integrity. The employer of the year provides a safe and secure workplace environment.
