Hospitality Saskatchewan Tourism Awards
The Hospitality Saskatchewan Tourism Awards celebrate and encourage excellence across the province’s tourism industry. These awards honour individuals, businesses, organizations, events, and destinations that go above and beyond to deliver outstanding tourism experiences for visitors and residents alike.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are open to all individuals, organizations, and businesses that support Saskatchewan’s tourism industry.
Nominations must be based on activities that took place between July 31, 2024, and June 30, 2025.
Organizations and businesses may submit self-nominations or be nominated by a third party.
Nomination Process
Nomination Deadline: Friday, July 11, 2025.
Awards Presentation: Winners will be announced at the annual Gather Again Conference, held at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
Nominations must be submitted using the official form before the deadline.
All submissions must meet both the general eligibility requirements and any category-specific criteria.
Nominations must be original for each award year and category.
Hospitality Saskatchewan reserves the right to reassign nominations to a more appropriate category or to reject submissions that do not meet the criteria, rules, or the overall spirit of the awards program.
Applicants must inform nominees that they are being nominated.
Evaluation Process
Nominations will be evaluated confidentially by an external Award Selection Committee.
Any committee member with a conflict of interest will recuse themselves from judging the affected category.
A maximum of three finalists will be selected for each award category (excluding the Tourism Builder Award).
Finalists will be notified by mail approximately one month prior to the Hospitality Saskatchewan Awards Dinner.
