About the Awards
The Hospitality Saskatchewan Tourism Awards celebrate and promote excellence in Saskatchewan’s tourism industry. These awards honour individuals, businesses, organizations, events, and destinations that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional tourism experiences to both visitors and residents.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are open to all individuals, organizations, and businesses that contribute to the Saskatchewan tourism industry.
Nominations must be based on activities that occurred between July 31, 2024, and June 30, 2025.
Organizations and businesses may self-nominate or be nominated by a third party.
Nomination Process
Deadline: Friday, July 11, 2025.
Awards Presentation: Winners will be announced at the annual Gather Again Conference, held at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
Nominations must be submitted using the official form and received before the deadline.
All nominations must meet the general eligibility requirements and any specific criteria outlined for each award category. Each submission must be original to the award year and category.
Hospitality Saskatchewan reserves the right to re-categorize or disqualify nominations that do not align with the rules, criteria, or spirit of the awards program.
Nominees must be informed by the applicant that they are being nominated.
Evaluation Process
Nominations will be reviewed and scored confidentially by an external Award Selection Committee.
Any committee member with a conflict of interest will recuse themselves from judging the affected category.
A maximum of three finalists will be selected for each award category (excluding the Tourism Builder Award).
Finalists will be notified by mail approximately one month prior to the Hospitality Saskatchewan Awards Dinner.
